GitOps for the homelab
Running my entire homelab off a Git repo now — push to master and GitLab CI deploys to the right Proxmox VM over Tailscale. Path-based triggers mean a change to the Home Assistant config only restarts that container, while touching the media stack redeploys on a different VM. Telegram pings on every deploy. It’s over-engineered for a home setup and I regret nothing.
